I reserve the right to deny commission projects that cannot be completed as conceptualized

You will receive work via a WeTransfer link of the final .png image and working files (delivery methods can be discussed)

Project commences after full payment of Paypal Invoice

Invoices will be delivered after we agree on the details of your proposal/commission

You hold the right to cancel the project at any time

Refunds of your commission will only be issued if no progress has been shared of the project at time of the refund request. After such time no refunds will be dispensed

I withhold the right to the illustration as is; reproductions of the art outside of myself are not allowed

You understand the use of any characters or details portrayed in the commissioned work, thus you bear the responsibility of abiding by any IP rules that pertain to any and all of said details that you do not explicitly own wholesale

Additional fees are due should you request the work be available for commercial use or reproduction (such costs shall be discussed) Please email [email protected]

I operate under a very open deadline; work is guaranteed to be completed, however it cannot be guaranteed unless discussed in advance to the commencement of the work

Final Deliverables include the full-size illustration and the working file(.csp) in a compressed format shared through WeTransfer

You will not be charged for multiple revisions (within reason as decided by myself) up until the point in which final piece is delivered
